Lewiston, Ellsworth, Dexter, Central Aroostook win regional cheering championship

The Eastern Maine regional cheering competition took place on Saturday. The Class A competition was held at the Augusta Civic Center. The Class B, C and D competition took place at the Bangor Auditorium.

The top six in each class advanced to the state championship competition that will be held on February 11th. Lewiston won class A. Ellsworth finished ahead of Hermon in class B. Dexter finished first in class C. Central Aroostook won class D.
